Total time - under 10 minutes
Ingredients
1 courgette per person (but diminishing - 2 are enough for 3 people as a side dish. 3 for four people etc.)
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Method
Wash, dry and slice the courgettes quite thin.
Put into pan
Dredge with olive oil
Sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic powder to taste
Cook on high heat for one minute. Toss a couple of times while on heat. I use two knives its easier to control the movement of the veg that way compared to a turner (palta).
Cover with a lid and take off the hob. Let it stand for about 4-5 minutes. Serve hot. Delicious cold too.
